RJCCN Research Grant Policy for Original Articles
- Purpose of the Grant
The RJCCN Research Grant aims to support high-quality scientific investigations in critical care nephrology and related topics. This grant is designed to encourage the submission of impactful Original Research Articles and to assist researchers in covering costs related to data collection, analysis, and dissemination of results.
- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the RJCCN Research Grant, submissions must meet the following criteria:
- The manuscript must be an Original Research Article.
- The submission must undergo peer review and receive final acceptance for publication in RJCCN.
- The work must represent genuine, unpublished research conducted in accordance with ethical standards and relevant guidelines (e.g., institutional ethics approval, patient consent when applicable).
- The corresponding author must complete the required documentation to receive the grant.
- Grant Amount
- An Eligible accepted Original Article will receive a USD 300 Research Grant, 1 paper in each issue.
- This amount is fixed and applies per article, regardless of the number of co-authors.
- Payment Process
- Payment will be issued after final acceptance of the manuscript.
- The grant will be transferred to the corresponding author via the payment method approved by the journal’s financial office.
- Authors may be required to provide banking details, identification documents, or institutional confirmation to complete the transaction.
- International transactions may be subject to banking or transfer fees, which are not the responsibility of the journal.
- Editorial and Peer-Review Independence
- The granting process is completely independent of editorial decisions.
- Editors and reviewers involved in the evaluation process do not have access to information regarding grant eligibility or award status.
- Acceptance of articles is based solely on scientific merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
- Use of Funds
Authors may use the grant for research-related purposes, including but not limited to:
- Data collection and analysis
- Research materials or equipment
- Study participant compensation
- Professional editing or statistical support
- Conference presentation of study findings
The journal does not require detailed financial reporting but encourages responsible use of funds in support of scientific work.
- Limitations and Conditions
- The grant applies only to Original Articles, not reviews, case reports, editorials, or other submission types.
- RJCCN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the grant program at any time based on budgetary or policy considerations.
- Any changes will be announced on the journal’s website in advance.
