Citation Manipulation Policy
RJCCN is committed to maintaining the integrity of scholarly citations. Authors, reviewers, and editors must not engage in citation manipulation, including coercive citation practices, excessive self-citation, citation stacking, or any attempt to artificially influence citation metrics, journal impact indicators, or academic rankings.
Reviewers and editors shall recommend citations only when they are directly relevant and scientifically justified. Authors should cite literature based solely on its relevance, quality, and contribution to the research.
Any evidence of citation manipulation may result in manuscript rejection, correction, retraction, or other appropriate editorial action in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies and COPE recommendations.
Note: RJCCN follows the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing and is guided by the recommendations of COPE and ICMJE.
