Journal Income

The Research Journal of Critical Care Nephrology (RJCCN) is an independent peer-reviewed open-access journal. To support its editorial operations, publication infrastructure, and long-term sustainability, the journal receives income from the following sources.

1. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The journal may collect Article Processing Charges (APCs) from authors after a manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been accepted for publication. It will be received after 4th issue.

APCs help cover the operational costs associated with:

  • editorial management

  • peer-review administration

  • copyediting and typesetting

  • online hosting and platform maintenance

  • digital archiving and indexing services

Payment of APCs does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

2. Advertising and Sponsorship

The journal may receive financial support through advertising or sponsorship from pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment manufacturers.

Such advertisements may include information about:

  • pharmaceutical products

  • medical devices and equipment

  • professional conferences or educational activities

All advertising content is clearly distinguished from editorial content.

3. Editorial Independence

Advertising, sponsorship, and other financial support do not influence editorial decisions. The editorial board maintains full independence in the peer-review process and publication decisions.

The journal does not allow sponsors or advertisers to control or influence the acceptance, rejection, or editing of manuscripts.

4. Transparency

The journal is committed to maintaining full transparency regarding its sources of income. All financial activities are conducted in accordance with good publishing practices and ethical standards.
