Purpose

RJCCN is committed to maintaining editorial independence and ensuring that editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, ethical integrity, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Editorial Decision-Making

Editorial decisions shall not be influenced by:

  • Owners or publishers
  • Sponsors
  • Advertisers
  • Funding organizations
  • Political, institutional, or commercial interests

Editors retain full authority over the editorial content of the journal.

Scientific Integrity

Acceptance, revision, or rejection decisions are based exclusively on:

  • Scientific quality
  • Methodological rigor
  • Originality
  • Ethical compliance
  • Relevance to readers

Editorial Conflicts of Interest

Editors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from editorial decisions when such conflicts exist.

Protection of Editorial Freedom

The journal supports the independence of editors and reviewers and safeguards editorial decisions from external influence or interference.
